SINEXO (SINEXO.inc) is not responsible for the loss or theft of items tracked by Fleet Center. This Application collects some Personal Data from its Users.

Fleet Center should strictly be used for legal/lawful purpose in strict compliance with local laws, rules and regulations. We reserve our rights to immediately halt, suspend or cancel the service if it is found or suspected that a User is making use of the service for a purpose or in a manner which breach, contravene or otherwise does not comply with the legal dispositions in force in the jurisdiction where the service is being used.

User of Fleet Center should carefully read the disclaimer provided with the device as well as the terms and conditions for the use of the mobile application, which provide additional information, terms and conditions pertaining to the device and the mobile applications.

Failure to provide certain Personal Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. Analytics

The services contained in this section enable the application to provide automatic pre-set alerts and information messages under circumstances set by User or when requested via push notification.

These services make it possible to manage a database of email and personal contact information to communicate with the User via email or other means of communication. The services are used to deliver information to User under specific selected circumstances or when User makes a request to obtain such information.

Exclusions
